• 2005: Gregoire Nitot, at the time working in Paris, decides to open an IT service rendering company in Poland. His business plan is presented to potential investors, which amongst others included the company of Sii France. A decision with regard the establishment of Sii in Poland is undertaken. This is the first time when Sii leaves France. The shares within the newly established company are divided: 70% Sii France – 30% Gregoire Nitot. Despite financial help from France, we remain a completely Polish company – all of the decisions are locally made.

• 2006: 17th January – Sii registered upon the territory of Poland.

• 2008: The branch of Sii Gdańsk is officially opened.

• 2009: Sii opens another branch - in the city of Wrocław.

• 2010: Sii Polska gains a new Poznań branch.

• 2011: Sii Kraków is established.
