The company was established in 1979 in Paris and from the very beginning experienced dynamic development – first in France, where in 20 possesses over 20 branches and regional agencies, followed by the presence of the company upon international markets.

Foreign market company expansion began in 2006 in Warsaw. A year later new branches in the Czech Republic and Belgium were also opened, and in 2008 in the Luxembourg paralleled by the first branch located outside of Europe – the centre of development in Morocco. The dynamic development of the company led to incorporation of the Swiss company of Coris as well as the Spanish Group of Concatel Venture Team, into the Sii Group. As of then Concatel Venture Team possessed the centre of development in Argentina and a branch in Romania and currently is developing its activity in Chile. In 2009 the German company of AIDA also joined the Sii Group.

Today Sii group possesses branches in eight European countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Luxemburg, Germany, Poland, Romania and Switzerland), two South American countries (Argentina, Chile) and one African state (Morocco). We employ over 4000 engineers worldwide and obtain income at the level surpassing 220 million €, gradually extending our activity upon the international scale. From 2009 we are also noted upon the Paris stock exchange.
