At Sii we do not only work, but quite often have fun together after work! We devote significant attention to the integration and satisfaction of our team, therefore we undertake a number of initiatives which are aimed at the development of the co-operation between Employees, also after hours.

In particular within the every Polish branch of Sii a number of permanent, annual or more frequently organized parties may be enumerated, which amongst others include:

• Family Picnic,
• Carnival Party,
• Beer Thursdays (sound interesting? Would You like to learn more? You are welcome!),
• Integration Weekends,
• Introduction meetings for new Employees.

Moreover what is organized are also get togethers of other groups – most often project design, department meetings, which are various character (bowling, billiards, beer, go carts, dancing, etc.) depending on the demand or the will of participants!

Apart from the aforementioned events, within chosen departments of Sii, there are various sports groups, such as:

• Football, which we play every week,
• Bicycle Group, a group interested with mutual bicycle trips, both leisure as well as with the participation in races wearing stylish Sii shirts with the detailed description of all trips upon our blog,
• Tennis Group, which associates tennis players, who meet and play together on Warsaw courts,
• Photographic Group, which meets once every time in Sii office or outside in the open, in order to exchange experiences or to shoot pictures together. There also exist plans for the organization of professional workshops for the members of the group, but this is just one of all of the planned projects!
• Cinema Club, gathers those who are interested in more or less ambitious cinema.
