Where do all offers come from? Why do the same job offers keep on appearing?
A large number of job offers is connected to the dynamical development of the company. We are constantly obtaining new projects as well as new clients, the fact that causes for the increase of the demand for new Employees. Considering the fact that our Employee is assigned to one project and that we sometimes may execute more than one project for the same Client, Sii experiences constant demand for new specialists, very often from the same or very similar region of specialty. This is where our increased and constantly ongoing search comes from. The proof is constituted by numbers – last year only we employed more than 250 engineers!
Why has no one contacted me upon submission of my application? How long do I have to wait to have my application processed?
We ask you to patiently wait, since the recruitment process is very often quite extended and lasts from 2 weeks up to a month. Sometimes within a few days from reception of CV and its adjustment to the actual needs, we contact candidates in order to undertake further steps within the process of recruitment. Whereas should You not receive any answer from us for a longer period of time, this means that in the case of this particular offer we may not take the given candidacy into the consideration, due to the lack of the adjustment of the professional profile to expectations. Nevertheless all documents fitted with the data protection clause are located within our database and shall be taken into the consideration in the process of execution of further recruitment project, since there exists a possibility that starting the process of recruitment for a different post we might contact the given candidate inviting him/her to a qualification interview.
Does university degree and possession of relevant professional experience constitute indispensable elements in order to count on being employed in Sii?
As a matter of fact 85% of all our Employees possess higher education (whereas not necessarily such which ideally matches the type of executed job), but we also employ students and individuals without higher education degrees. Some of the posts do not require for the completion of university education or possession of relevant experience. Details with regard requirements are always stipulated within particular job adverts.
Does Sii terminate employment contracts with the particular employee upon the completion of the given project, or is employment permanent?
At Sii all projects are long term and the majority of them lasts 12- 14 months. Recruitment agencies convey recruitment processes for the needs of their Clients, who at the same time become employers for those being employed.
Why do some Sii employees do not work within the company office?
The aforementioned stems from the fact that the large portion of projects (about 70%) is being executed directly within Client’s premises, which in this case constitutes the location of engineer’s employment.
What does my contact with Sii look like when I work at Clients' premises?
We are in constant touch with our employees, even if they work at our Clients’ premises. Every employee has a direct superior ascribed to him/her from the side of Sii (this is most often Account Manager or Project Manager responsible for the given Client), whose job is not only to be the “boss around”, but also support and help in the case, in which any problems shall occur, his job is also to integrate the given employee with Sii.
Moreover, every employee also possess his own email address at Sii and is ascribed to chosen email groups, the fact that enables contact with all departments within our company.
Additionally we possess our company website via which you can contact every company employee. The portal also features the section within which every one may learn about what is currently going on within the company. It also provides you with the possibility to learn whom we have recently employed, whose birthday it is today what parties or events are being organized and workshops may be attended. The website also offers the possibility to check who is who at Sii :)
On top of that, Sii is open to its all employees and whenever You wish you may drop in even if for a cup of coffee!
What should I do if I find your company an interesting place to work in, but I can't find any suitable job offer?

What if I have already applied to Sii should I resend my application for the particular post
The submission of a CV for a particular post with the determination of the preferred location of employment (Via its branches Sii is already present in 5 Polish cities!) is for the Recruitment Department a valuable information, even if the CV has already been submitted earlier in an answer to the particular job offer and is present in or database. This stems from the fact that the earlier submitted DV could have been combined to a different professional profile and other location or within the aforementioned period of time experience of the given candidate has not been sufficient to the contemporary needs of project requirements at that time. Does Sii require the knowledge of the English language?
The knowledge of English undoubtedly constitutes a huge asset within our company. A number of our projects requires for the communicative knowledge and capability of the English language. Whereas the ability for the fluent and efficient reading of technical documentation within English language constitutes an absolute requirement.
