A project which is a unique initiative aiming at the provision of the given IT solution requires both from the service provider as well as from the Client of a proper attitude towards its management. Sii executes projects, creates the team and management mechanisms, which allow for settling of the project in an appropriate context and then its monitoring. We apply mechanisms, which support the management of the Client’s requirements as well as take into consideration the conditions of a given organization. Additional aspects such as: management of communication, quality or budget support the project execution so that its aim is reached in accordance with the establishments.

Managed Services and Outsourcing

We offer services in Managed Services IT model to the Clients who want to focus on the basic company activity, increase the quality of services or productivity as well as reduce the costs of maintenance and IT infrastructure development. Within this model we can execute both the tasks of maintenance of infrastructure and services as well as project design and development works. The model of services is scales in accordance with the organization size and process complexity, whereas the process efficiency is currently monitored and reported for the Client on the basis of the established quality criteria (SLA).

The Managed Services service can be executed both in the Client’s registered office as well as in Sii’s offices, which are equipped with a properly prepared office surface area and tele-IT infrastructure. We have checked procedures and highly qualified specialists in different fields, the fact that allows for the provision of the most technologically developed services in the mode 24/7/365, fulfilling the high requirements posed by the Clients with regard to the expected SLA level.

A special form of Managed Services service is the fact that Sii takes the responsibility for the given field of business or technological processes – then we speak about outsourcing of the IT field.

Team Leasing

Team Leasing is a service, which consists in a creation of complete teams of specialists, managed by Sii’s manager responsible for the proper execution and co-ordination of works. In such case Sii provides the creation of team of a specified competence profile and takes the responsibility for its management, creation of knowledge, maintenance of work continuity, implementation of workers and administrative service. Such teams execute programming, analytical, implementation or maintenance works.

An advantage of the co-operation in such a form is the possibility to flexibly adjust the tasks to the changing requirements and priorities as well as the increase the Client’s control over the team work effectiveness via current reporting. This model works well in the dynamically changing environments, in which fixed price model is not an optimal method of service contracting.

The works executed in Team Leasing form are settled on the basis of the spent time or in accordance with the lump sum rate.

Staffing

Staffing is a model of co-operation used in the cases in which the Client does not have enough resources in order to create a project design team or in which the scope of works can be subject to changes or it is difficult to estimate and there appears a necessity of a quick expansion of the team. The co-operation in this form is usually settled on the basis of the spent time, so in the form of Time&Material.

Sii delegates the consultants to the project executed by the Clients, selecting of the proper specialists among a group of more than 900 engineers as well as looking for support in an external recruitment. While selecting the consultants to the project, we take into consideration both the required technical competences as well as personal traits adjusted to the specificity of the Client’s teams. Sii’s co-operation on the basis of the presented model allows for the involvement of engineers of very diversified skills, adjusted to the changing requirements of the executed projects.

While executing the outsourcing of the specialists, Sii takes the responsibility for all the formal duties connected with employment of workers as well as cares about their professional development, trainings and integration.
